Kimchi Fried Rice

Maangchi Recipe 

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups of Steamed Rice

  • 1 Cup of Chopped Kimchi

  • 1/4 Cup of Kimchi Juice

  • 1/4 Cup of Water

  • 3 Tablespoon of Gochujang

  • 3 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon of Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Green Onion 

  • 1 Tablespoon of Roasted Sesame Seeds

  • 1 Sheet of Seaweed

Instructions:

  1. In a Frying Pan, add some Vegetable Oil. Once the Oil is hot, add the Kimchi and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  2. Add the Rice, Kimchi Juice, Water, and Gochujang into the pan and stir-fry all the ingredients for about 7 minutes. 

  3. Add the Sesame Oil to the mixture and then remove it from the heat.

  4. Put the Fried Rice in a serving bowl and add chopped Green Onion, shredded Seaweed and Sesame Seeds on top.
