Kimchi Fried Rice

Maangchi Recipe
Ingredients:

3 Cups of Steamed Rice

1 Cup of Chopped Kimchi
-
1/4 Cup of Kimchi Juice
-
1/4 Cup of Water
-
3 Tablespoon of Gochujang
-
3 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
-
1 Teaspoon of Vegetable Oil
-
1 Green Onion
-
1 Tablespoon of Roasted Sesame Seeds
-
1 Sheet of Seaweed

Instructions:

In a Frying Pan, add some Vegetable Oil. Once the Oil is hot, add the Kimchi and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the Rice, Kimchi Juice, Water, and Gochujang into the pan and stir-fry all the ingredients for about 7 minutes.

Add the Sesame Oil to the mixture and then remove it from the heat.

Put the Fried Rice in a serving bowl and add chopped Green Onion, shredded Seaweed and Sesame Seeds on top.
