Kimchi Stew
(Kimchi Jjigae)
Chef Min Suga Recipe
Ingredients:

1 Pack of Your Choice of protein (Beef or Chicken or Tofu) [You can mix more than one if you want]

1 Large White Onion

1 Green Onion
-
2 Cups of Kimchi
-
2 Cups of Kimchi Juice
-
1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
-
1 Tablespoon of Sugar

Instructions:

Cut your Choice of Protein into chunks.

In a Deep Pot, add some Vegetable Oil and your Protein. Keep stirring well until golden brown.

Once it’s golden brown, add your desired amount of Water into the Pot.

Add the Kimchi and Kimchi Juice in the Pot, and then leave it to boil.

While it’s boiling, cut the Onion and Green Onion into bite size pieces.

Once the mixture starts to boil, add the Onion, Green onion and the Minced Garlic.

Add the Sugar, then close the Lid and leave the mixture to a complete boil.

Once it completely boild, Serve the Stew with some Plain Rice.
bONUS
Kimchi Ramyun

Once most of the Protein, Kimchi and Veggies are gone, you can use the remaining Broth to make Ramyun.

Cut some Hotdog into bite size pieces and add to the Broth.

Add Packet/s of Instant Ramyun Noodles along with the Ramyun Powder.

Leave it on high heat until the Noodles are fully cooked.
