






Workout with BTS
Here you will find
BTS's Jungkook Workout routine as shown during one of RUN BTS episodes.
This exercise routine is considered quite intense and we recommend running & stretches for an hour at least two days prior to when you start this routine to help prepare your body and muscles for the intense workout.
Remember that you should always stretch and warmup before starting and cooling down exercises after any intense physical activity to avoid cramps and pain the day after your workout.
